Hoist Italia S.r.l., a company of the Swedish group Hoist Finance AB, a leading European asset manager specialized in non-performing loan, has completed the sale to System House S.r.l. of its third-party debt collection services, carried out by the former Maran business unit in Spoleto. The transaction allows Hoist Finance to focus its business in Italy on investing in and managing debt portfolios.

System House S.r.l., is a multi-service operator founded in 1981 by Engineer Agostino Silipo and active in advanced business services providing support in the areas of ICT, Customer Experience, Business Process Outsourcing and Credit Management.

The transaction will allow System House to become a primary player in the Italian debt collection market in addition to the business areas previously covered.
