Panasonic Industrial Solutions,part of Gruppo Panasonic, is a major player in the industrial devices automation and technology service business, expressed its interest in acquiring a minority shareholding in Exor, with a view to creating a technical collaboration with the company.

Thanks to this acquisition, Panasonic Industrial Solutions entered into a Development Agreement with Exor International, for the development of new technological solutions.
